Q:How do I find my order status?

A:We offer Free standard shipping on all orders.

Q:What is the shipping time?

A:If your order is received by 6pm PT Monday through Friday, you can expect to receive your tracking number the next day. Orders placed after 6pm PT on Friday through Sunday will receive tracking information on the next business day. Once shipped, please allow 5-6 days for delivery of your product.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

A:Typically, orders are delivered within 2-3 days. However, products that are out of stock will ship from China, extending the delivery time to 7-10 days.

Q:Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A:Once the product is on its way, we regret to inform you that we cannot make any changes to the shipment.

A:For optimal care, we recommend either full dry cleaning or spot cleaning for fur blankets. If you have decorative blankets, you can machine wash them, but be cautious not to mix them with other products. Please refer to the washing label on the product for specific instructions and details.
